Xara Palace came to Immedia Studio looking to improve their search engine ranking with a view of strengthening their Internet presence, leading on to an increase in direct bookings and an improved occupancy rate.
Xara Palace was given a brand new content-driven website which coupled aesthetics with functionality, expanding on the services and venues offered by the property, previously not available on their online offering.
In addition, Immedia Studio also delivered a multi-lingual platform for the site and was assigned the translation of the site content into French, German, Italian, Spanish and Japanese.
The new website also ensured that additional emphasis was placed on the hotel’s restaurants, amongst which the de Mondion restaurant, voted consistently as the top restaurant in Malta, with online reservations facilities for the eateries and dedicated areas reserved for the non-accommodation side of the business.
Within weeks, The Xara Palace started witnessing a major increase in site traffic, coupled with significantly improved rankings, leading to an inevitable surge in online bookings and enquiries for all facets of the operation.
Immedia Studio has been retained to consult on online marketing strategies, and is spearheading the social media and search engine marketing effort on behalf of the client.
